In order to use the Web South  website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including names, email, addresses and phone numbers. In order to perform services Web South may also require passwords and other access keys.

Any information collected by Web South  is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website or by telephone or in person.

Use of Collection Information

Any details collected from Web South customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

Web South will store information securely as long as is necessary to carry that information for service, accounting and taxation purposes required by the Australian regulators.

Onsite data is pass-worded and secured in secured office areas with firewall and virus protection.
Offsite Data Storage is password encrypted and secured.
Online Data is secured by professional services, with various technology to protect thier customers, and access only by Web South and agents with strong passwords.

If any of the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, please contact us immediately and we will take reasonable steps to correct this information or, if necessary, we will discuss alternative action with you.

Web South does not deal with EU Customers.

Please note that we will validate the authenticity of any request to update, change or delete your information.

Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as Name, Email, and Postal address) and financial information (such as Credit Card number, Expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails and newsletters if you opt-in to these services. Currently Web South use the MailChimp email service for newsletters. You should be able to remove from the mailing list from a link at the bottom of any newsletter.

You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

Web South may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

Web South does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

Links on the Web South site to external entities are not covered within this policy. The terms and conditions set out in this privacy statement only cover the domain name of the Web South website.
