Web South Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your repair/service or purchase please notify us within seven (7) day from the time you receive the goods or service and give Web South personnel a chance to sort out the issue with you.

Please email us through our Contact Us page or phone details are there too, within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase/service so that we can resolve any problems.

Web South will not be responsible for goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product in any way or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

If you are unable to deliver to our shop, we recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

Web South will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Web South will adhere to Australia Consumer Law in regard to Product Warranties.

Web South currently use Australia Post to ship items, and generally arrange it to be sent by ‘Registered Post’ for tracking and receipt purposes and these postage charges will be added to your invoice. We feel this method protects both buyer and seller. Additionally you may wish to take out insurance on your posted item, again this would be an additional cost to you.
